VapeCoil – 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

At VapeCoil, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and transparent 30-day return policy.


1. Return Eligibility (30 Days)

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:

✔ The item arrived damaged or faulty
✔ You received the wrong item
✔ The product is unused, unopened and still in its original packaging
✔ The item is defective within 30 days of normal use


2. Non-Returnable Items (UK Vape Regulations)

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened:

❌ E-Liquids
❌ Nicotine Salts
❌ Disposable Vapes
❌ Prefilled Pods (if packaging is opened)
❌ Coils or pods that have been used
❌ Sale/Clearance items

Opened vape products cannot be resold once safety seals are broken.


3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, leaking or not working:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the fault

  3. We will approve a replacement or refund immediately


4. Wrong Item Received

If we sent the wrong product, flavour or strength:

✔ Keep the item sealed
✔ Contact us within 30 days
✔ We will send the correct item or issue a refund
✔ A prepaid return label is provided if needed


5. Returns Process

To start a return:

Include:

  • Name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/videos (if applicable)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund processing time: 2–5 business days.


7. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we can arrange:

✔ Same item replacement
✔ Alternative flavour/strength (if sealed)
✔ Upgrade/downgrade with price difference


8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Faulty/Wrong items: VapeCoil covers the return cost

  • Unwanted/Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping


9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is lost in transit, stolen, or never delivered, we will issue a replacement or refund after verifying with the courier.
